Archbishop Milingo is back - in a village outside Rome

Catholic Archbishop Emmanuel Milingo, who created a scandal when he married a South Korean woman last year, will start his new Catholic ministry in a village outside of Rome late this month, Vatican officials said Tuesday.Milingo, 72, has been a controversial church figure for a decade. But after a yearlong retreat in Argentina, the Zambian-born Milingo said in a televised interview he now recognizes his past actions were mistakes and he was eager to put them behind him. But he also said he was not yet prepared to meet with Maria Sung, the South Korean woman Milingo married last year in a mass wedding in New York led by the Rev. Sun Myung Moon.
